Key Responsibilities

1. Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and stakeholders.
2. Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and user stories.
3. Analyze existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
4. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are clearly understood.
5. Conduct requirement-gathering sessions and stakeholder meetings.
6. Support testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and solution validation.
7. Track project progress and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders.
8. Ensure the delivered solutions align with business objectives.

Requirements

1. 1–3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
3. Ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
4. Good understanding of business processes and project workflows.
5. Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and functional documentation.
6. Ability to coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and development teams.
7. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
