💼 Job Role – BDM

As a Business Development Manager (BDM), you will be responsible for connecting with individuals over calls, explaining the foundation's work and initiatives, and communicating fundraising opportunities. The role involves building positive communication with potential donors and encouraging them to support the foundation's social initiatives.

📌 Key Responsibilities

1. Make outbound calls to potential donors/supporters.
2. Explain the foundation's work, objectives, and ongoing initiatives.
3. Communicate fundraising requirements clearly and professionally.
4. Build and maintain positive relationships with donors.
5. Follow up with interested individuals.
6. Maintain proper records of calls and follow-ups.
7. Achieve assigned fundraising and calling targets.
8. Handle queries related to the foundation professionally.

✅ Requirements

1. Minimum 12th Pass / Any Graduate.
2. Freshers are welcome.
3. Candidates with calling, sales, fundraising, telecalling, or business development experience will be preferred.
4. Good communication and convincing ability.
5. Candidates should be comfortable making regular calls.
